The Peoples' Virtual Party members are those citizens of the United States who
pledge to offer ourselves as candidates for office at every level in our government, openly espousing and advocating our pledges to principle below, and supporting each other as constituents in our candidacies;
pledge to perfect and to enact the proposed amendment and act effecting a national Recall, Referendum, and Initiative; and who
pledge both to perfect and to pass the proposed Campaign Financeamendment and to conduct ourselves as though it were presently in force.
