The Peoples' Virtual Party members are those citizens of the United States who
pledge to perfect and to work for the passage of the proposed campaign finance amendment and to conduct ourselves as though it were presently in force,
pledge to perfect and to work for the enactment of the proposed amendment and act effecting a national recall, referendum, and initiative for democracy, and who
pledge to offer ourselves as candidates for office at every level in our government, openly espousing and advocating our above pledges to principle, and to support each other as constituents in our candidacies.
